Learn about our Big Box shipping rates
We are pleased to announce that we now offer Big Box rates for customers who wish to purchase larger frozen quantities of food.
Here are the details...
- Order must contain:
- 30- 1lb containers OR
- 15 - 2lb containers OR
- 10- 5lb containers
- Proteins may be mixed but sizes must be all the same.
- All shipments sent via UPS 2 day on Mondays and/or Tuesdays. Orders received after noon MST on Tuesday will go out the following week.
- Food is shipped with dry ice and insulation.
- Rate will not show if bones or other frozen items are in the cart.
- Treats will ship for free and can be included.
- Rate will appear at checkout. Please note that you MUST have the exact quantities in your cart to receive the rate. We will not be able to ship fewer than required amount for the Big Box rate.
