How is the (shipped) food delivered?

We ship frozen orders directly out of our Santa Fe store twice a week on Mondays and Tuesdays via UPS. Any orders received after Tuesday at noon MST will go out the following Monday.

For frozen products, we encourage you to select 2-day Air, especially in the summer. We cannot guarantee shipments that are sent via ground (available in winter months only). Carriers are often late- as long as your food arrives cold, it's ok to refreeze. If there are any issues with your order, please take photos and email us immediately.  

Frozen food is packed with compostable insulation and dry ice. The dry ice will be evaporated by the time it arrives at its destination.

Non-frozen orders ship daily out of our Santa Fe location. Please allow 24 hours for processing. 

Please plan to be present the day your food is due to arrive so you can refrigerate or freeze it immediately. We are not responsible for shipments that have been delivered and left out all day.
